The Adventures Of Pete & Pete

Last week we recorded and released a cover of 'Hey Sandy' by Polaris - AKA the theme to the brilliant 1990's Nickelodian show 'The Adventures of Pete & Pete'. We didn't really know what to expect when we gave it up to the mercy of the internets - and man were we ecstatic at the response - it seems everyone loves 'Pete' as much as we do.

'Hey Sandy' was featured on Urban Outfitters's blog, Largehearted Boy, L.A. Record, Strangers In Stereo, Consequence of Sound, O.C. Weekly, Pinna Storm, and the Bay Bridged among others. Wow. That was awesome - Thanks everbody!

While we were happy to get so much blog-love, we were un-prepared and rendered speechless (for once) when one of the creators of the show, Chris Viscardi, emailed to say he liked the cover. Approval from one of the creators of the greatest TV shows EVER. Stick. A. Fork. In. Us.

You can click through to any of the above sites for a free download of 'Hey Sandy' or look below to get it from us via bandcamp.
